ROCC SARL has in place partnerships which allows it to complement its training, consulting and coaching services with eLearning solutions, as and when needed.

We can also design and arrange eLearning around very specific training needs of organisations – for instance converting ‘traditional’ classroom based training into eLearning module(s).

A few words on the reach and main benefits of eLearning:  

• eLearning (also known as distance learning, web-based training, online learning, and technology-based training) is an alternative to traditional learning in that it is the transferring of knowledge and skills via electronic-based teaching rather than face-to-face instructor-led teaching
• In other words, transferring skills and knowledge via the computer, internet, intranet, video, CD ROM, or other modern technology at one’s convenience anywhere
• eLearning is a cost-effective way in which effective and consistent training can be delivered to target audiences (anywhere around the world and in a flexible manner without the need to organise traditional classroom sessions, co-ordinate calendars and travel to different locations) accommodating the individual pace and availability of Individuals
• And last but no least… unlike traditional classroom training courses, an eLearning course usually incorporates a test at the end – which helps to re-inforce understanding and give assurance that, in addition to attending a training session, the learners actually understood its content and purpose

Reporting facilities of our eLearning trainings

Where requested, we also provide detailed course completion reporting to, for instance, Compliance and/or Human Resources staff so that they can track the progress of users. Reporting can be  customised to an organisation’s needs and reporting frequency.

We find that clients are increasingly asking for more reporting, as they find that such reports useful for example, in the case of:

• Defining INFPC claims for co-financing
• Evidence of course completions (for compliance, internal audit, external certification entities, external audit, regulators

All of the courses that we build or customise in-house are branded to the organisation’s needs.

We work with your marketing team / advisors to ensure that the logo, colours, and graphics that we use in your course are in line with you corporate profile.

Multi-Lingual eLearning platform and training content

The courses that we build in-house are available in English and French as standard. Other languages can be added on request.

For the courses that we distribute on behalf of our content partners, these are as standard available in English, with some courses available in up to 10 languages. In working with our partners we can add additional languages version on request.

Our eLearning platform (the website part of the learning course) is available in English, French, German and Luxembourgish. We set up user account with their preferred language and then the website always defaults to this language each time the user logs in.
