About us
ROCC S.à.r.l (acronym of Results Oriented Coaching & Consulting) is a Coaching & Consulting company founded in 2013 by Gilbert Renel, a former senior partner with Deloitte Luxembourg. Gilbert has over 30 years of consulting and operational experience gained in various sectors.
The company provides:

Personal and team coaching services targeting personal and team efficiency in the attainment of improved business results;

Consulting services focussing on Business strategy & Governance, Organisational design & Operational processes reengineering, Internal & External Communication, Human Resources, Executive Search services and Training design & delivery (including e-learning).
Gilbert RENEL also provides support in filling Independent Directorship positions, where his varied business and governance experience are of particular relevance. ROCC S.à.r.l is based in Luxembourg and delivers services in French and English – both locally and abroad.
